My Domain name is missing from my account

We are in the process of migrating to a new management/billing platform, data is being migrated from our old system, but this takes some time.

We do however understand that in some cases it is important for you to have access to the domain in your account so you can maintain/modify it.

If this is the case, create a support ticket here:

Include you name and address, and a list of ALL the domain names you have registered with us, and we will ensure they are added to the database without delay
